Do I need to travel to China to import?
No. Our team works on the ground in China — we find, visit and check suppliers for you, and keep you updated with photos and videos.
What is the minimum order I can place?
It depends on the product and supplier. Share what you need and we'll tell you the minimum order quantity before you commit. Small orders can be combined in a shared container.
How long does shipping to Kenya take?
Sea freight takes about 40–45 days and air freight about 4–5 days, depending on the supplier and route. We confirm the timeline in every quote.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
We give you a clear quote in KES covering product, shipping and clearing, and we agree the payment method with you before any money moves.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes — we coordinate clearing and deliver to your town in Kenya or elsewhere in East Africa, so you receive your goods without the paperwork headache.
I'm a first-time importer. Can you guide me?
